Tactical Bulletin for Joint Strike Attack Team Operations (JSAT)

This Tactical Bulletin (TACBUL) for joint strike attack team (JSAT) operations is a descriptive reference for commanders, staffs, and operators in using JSAT to rapidly integrate joint all-domain assets conducting coordinated reconnaissance and strike of surface targets.

The TACBUL defines JSAT operations and describes the capabilities and responsibilities of the team members. The bulletin provides TTP for planning, commanding and controlling, and employing JSAT operations.

About Tactical Bulletins

Tactical Bulletins (TACBULs) rapidly capture and distribute emerging tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) developed across the Joint Force.

As capabilities evolve faster than doctrine, units often train with methods not yet reflected in published guidance. TACBULs provide a structured mechanism to collect, assess, and share those practices.

Purpose   Use and Status

• Enable refinement through exercises
• Inform future doctrinal updates
  • Intended for training and exercise use only
